Job Description
Technical Support:
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for staff.System Maintenance:
Help configure, install, and update laptops, desktops, and office peripherals.Infrastructure & Security
: Assist in monitoring system performance, managing backups, and implementing basic cybersecurity measures.Asset Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware/software) and update technical documentation.Project Assistance:
Support the IT team in executing technology projects and evaluating new solutions.Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
