Job Description

Maintain a smooth operation of all SIEM Infrastructure and related services.

Installation, configuration and maintenance and optimization of SIEM solutions

Troubleshooting client issues and problem

Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures.

Design, install, and implement cyber infrastructure solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure.

Create and document, network, and system diagrams.

Health check monitoring and regular clients' infrastructure maintenance

Provides support 8x5, also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission.

Design, install and implementing all SOC requirement software and monitoring tools.
