Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related fields.
Skills ;
Able to communicate effectively.
Able to follow instruction written in BM or English.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus.
Strong speaking and writing skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
Ability to respond effectively to issues and requests and provide technical support.
Responsibilities ;
Involves development on company in-house system using Asp.net C#, html, Javascript, Python.
Work with SDLC process.
UI and UX design.
Work on Intranet Portal in sharepoint (Microsoft Forms, Power Automation)
ERP support.
Troubleshoot hardware failure.
Setup and configuration on PC.
Networking issue.
Printer Issue.
Email Issue.
Excel Issue.
IT Asset map.
IT PC Asset documentation,
IT Network documentation.
Support on daily issue.
