Provide first-level support for hardware/software issues (PCs, printers, POS systems, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Assist in troubleshooting internet and network connectivity problems for staff and guests
Support in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor system logs, backups, and IT maintenance schedules
Help with updating inventory of IT assets and equipment
Assist in software installations, updates, and patches
Document recurring issues and create basic support materials
Collaborate with other departments to ensure their tech needs are met
Follow IT security protocols and report any anomalies to supervisors
Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades or guest experience tech improvements
