Job description Established in 2011, IXI is one of the prominent IT system integrators with headquarters in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, Kuala Lumpur. We devote ourselves in conveying satisfying deliverables to our clients from various industries by adopting values that will meet and "Xceed" our client\'s needs and expectations. Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our organization. As Support Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide IT support for the client. What we need you to do?

• You will be able to install Windows OS/ Windows 10 Microsoft 365.
• You will get the experience on setup and configuration PC.
• You will get involve with the mobile apps and websites development.
• You will be exposed to the hardware configuration experience and IT desktop support.
• You will be exposed to basic knowledge of Firewall/Switch/Router/Wireless AP.
• You will be required to create and maintain network and security documentations.
• We need you to get involve with daily operations routine and follow up the assigned technical support case.

What we need from you?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Windows OS, Microsoft 365
• Preferably specialized in IT/Computer - Microsoft/Websites/Mobile Apps.
• Internship for students approximately 3 to 6 months and can start FEBRUARY 2023
