Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Input and organize financial data into accounting software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to process and verify invoices.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies.
- Verify receipts and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English languages (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
