Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Science or equivalent.
Eagerness to learn and gain practical laboratory experience.
Basic understanding of laboratory safety and good lab practices.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt).
Dedicated, reliable, and well- organized.
Experience in handling and organizing analytical data is a plus.
Able to work independently under guidance from a supervisor and part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing samples, conducting tests, measuring results, analyzing data, and recording results of experiments outcomes under supervision.
Conduct weekly water parameter checks including pH, ammonia, alkalinity, nitrate and salinity levels.
Perform TCBS streaking to identify bacterial presence in water
Perform sampling and calculate crop cycle ( under supervision)
Conduct stocking assessments.
Manage shrimp stocking and transport shrimp seeds to the lab for testing.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lab; assist with basic equipment maintenance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
2 weeks until 1 month training at farm
