Conduct market research on food & beverage trends, competitors' menus, and guest preferences.
Assist in gathering feedback on current products and identifying improvement opportunities.
Support in testing and documenting new menu ideas, recipes, and product variations.
2. Product Development:
Assist in brainstorming and drafting proposals for promotional menu items.
Support in preparing presentations and product briefs for internal review.
Help coordinate taste tests and collect structured feedback from stakeholders.
3. Administrative & Coordination Support:
Maintain records of recipes, raw material usage, and costings.
Support the Manager in liaising with suppliers for product samples and materials.
Help prepare SOP, reports, product trackers, and timelines for upcoming promotions.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science/ Technology, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
Passionate about food trends, creativity, and guest experience.
Good organizational and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
