Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic planning efforts.
Collaborate with the planning team to create and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Learn and utilize planning and project management tools to track progress and update documentation.
Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Learn about project methodologies and best practices under the guidance of experienced planners.
Help maintain organized project files, documents, and records.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Management, Economics, or related field).
Strong interest in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of project management concepts (experience is a plus but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
