Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers/vendors.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
Support in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
Review material requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and its specifications.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
To assist shipment documents, duties & tax invoices, match supplier invoices & DO, etc and submit for payment processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and filing.
To assist on department administrative function.
To assist superior / HOD to complete ad-hoc assignment on time.
Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management / Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
