Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
preparation and review of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations

Provide
administrative support
to the procurement team (e.g., filing, documentation, data entry).
Assist in
sourcing potential suppliers and vendors
for goods and services.
Help maintain and update procurement records and reports.
Support coordination between internal departments and suppliers as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
.
Internship duration must be
a minimum of 3 months
.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in completing tasks.
Good communication skills and proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Able to work
on-site
at Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park (accessible via Bukit Nanas Monorail and Dang Wangi LRT).
