JOB DESCRIPTION :
Assist in all procurement related duties in accordance with company policies and procedures for smooth and efficient procurement activities.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods purchased meet the specification in terms of quality, quantity and delivery.
Assist in sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item.
Assist in maintaining current up to date procurement documents to be easily retrieved.
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM700.00 per month
