Job description
- Assist Procurement Department in all related task.
- Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Help maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in analyzing procurement data and generating reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
