Job Description
Preferably an intern from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields, diploma or degree holder
Trainee Scope of Responsibilities
Helping in collecting data for IATF 16949-COP5 - Collecting data for OEE & FTT To assist `Note Red' and IOT methology to carry out data generation, real time OEE for Plant 2 OHT line & Plant 2 Assy line (Industry 4.0) Update all Process Capacity & Capability Record - Help in setup computerized operation manual. To update all the process check sheet for OEM & Export OE customer. Helping production when manpower shortage (rotation) Helping in fabricating improvement item/small group improvement project (SGIA) Data collection on process cycle time, machine setup time and machining time To collect data of process of each part no to be update on the check sheet and to be key in the new LN System To monitor on the morning market activities
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
