Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and updating records
Support customer service through TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopee chats
Handle documentation, invoicing, and filing digital receipts
Help coordinate product fulfillment and packaging when needed
Assist in managing inventory and stock updates
Collaborate with team members for live selling, promotions, and content prep
Maintain internal spreadsheets and business tools
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Admin, Office Management, or related fields
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office
Organised, responsible, and eager to learn
Interest in e-commerce or social media is a plus!
