Assist in inspecting incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and safety compliance.
Support sample collection and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, temperature checks, packaging integrity).
Help ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met across production areas.
Assist in monitoring critical control points (CCPs) and supporting food safety documentation.
Support daily quality audits, checklists, and data entry.
Help in investigating non-conformance issues and preparing basic reports.
Ensure proper recordkeeping of inspection and test results.
Participate in QC meetings and improvement initiatives.
