to strengthen staff performance, service quality, and compliance standards across all My Aged Care departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing training programs, monitoring care standards, and ensuring best practices in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and create annual training plans for all departments.
Design, coordinate, and conduct onboarding and in-service training programs.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and staff competency improvements.
Quality Control (QC):
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company SOPs and health & safety standards.
Monitor service delivery quality across care, kitchen, logistics, and other operational units.
Prepare QC reports, track non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in staff training, quality assurance, or healthcare operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation abilities.
Passionate about elderly care and improving service standards.
