Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal audits and compliance inspections across departments (production, warehouse, safety, HR).
Monitor and report non-compliance issues; follow up corrective actions (CAR/NCR).
Maintain and update compliance records, licenses, and certificates.
Support preparation for external audits (customer audit, ISO audit, government audit).
Assist in reviewing and improving company processes and SOPs.
B. Quality Control (QC)
Conduct QC inspections for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
Record inspection findings and prepare QC reports (IQC/PQC/FQC).
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and quality failures.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform sample testing, measurement, and verification using QC tools.
Work with production teams to ensure quality standards are met daily.
C. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly quality and compliance reports.
Maintain proper filing of QC records, checklists, and audit forms.
Update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals when needed.
Ensure traceability of materials, processes, and inspection results.
