Internship Programme Maintenance Technician
Job Description
1. Carry out general repair, fitting work, and maintenance for building & equipment in accordance to required standard. 2. Carry out daily routine check on building facilities and equipment. 3. Coordinate and monitor work progress carry out by third party vendor. 4. Perform periodical preventive maintenance for as per scheduled & SOP. 5. To assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment. 6. To assist in other jobs as per requested by the Management from time to time.
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS OF OPERATE, MANAGE, AND MAINTAIN HOTELS, MEDIC-HOTEL, FOODCOURT, RETAIL SHOP AND CARPARK.
