Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential suppliers and sourcing consumer electronics and home appliance.
Help prepare internal purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Support order tracking and coordinate delivery status
Participate in negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation
Monitor stock levels, assist with stock replenishment and inventory reporting
Support supplier evaluation and performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. merchandising, inventory control)
Familiarize with procurement software and internal databases
Contribute ad-hoc project tasks as assigned by the procurement team
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Commerce or related field)
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Basic knowledge of procurement concepts and negotiation techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
