Participates or assists in the development and maintenance of HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, Halal and Quality Control programs.
To oversee and monitor all the activities in Quality control department.
To ensure daily procedures, ensuring all incoming and outgoing finished products are inspected according to QC checklist prior to final delivery and shipment.
To maintain QC records and ensure closure of all processes and product non-conformities detected in non-conformance reports.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of quality control requirements.
Set up and maintain documentation & control of records.
Handling customer complaint, investigation and proposal of corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Active student or holder of a Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology, Halal Management or a related field.
Minimum contract length of internship 3 Months
