Job Description

Job Type :Internship





1. Assist in preparing

cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

.

2. Assist in

contract administration

, including tracking variations and preparing claims.

3. Support in

measuring and taking off quantities

from drawings and specifications.

4. Work with the team to conduct

site visits

for progress monitoring and verification of work done.

5. Assist in preparing

valuation reports, progress claims, and final accounts

.

6. Support in

procurement activities

, including sourcing materials and preparing supplier evaluations.

7. Assist in

cost control and financial reporting

for ongoing projects.

Job Requirements



1. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software

is an advantage.

2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or any other related fields

3. Basic understanding of

construction contracts, cost management, and estimation

.

4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
