Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in new product formulation and recipe trials.

2. Conduct sample preparation for internal tasting and customer evaluations.

3. Support sensory testing and collect feedback for improvement.

4. Conduct literature reviews on ingredients, nutrition, food trends and competitor products.

5. Document experiment procedures, results and observations.

6. Prepare technical report and presentations for review.

7. Assist in checking that new formulations comply with food safety regulations, Halal and nutritional requirements.

8. Support shelf-life and stability studies.

9. Help in preparing product specifications and technical data sheets.

10. Participate in pilot-scale trials and production runs.

11. Observe scaling-up process from lab to production.

12. Assist in troubleshooting formulation or process issues.

13. Work closely with QAQC, Production and Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility.

14. Support preparation of product samples for customer presentations.

15. Provide assistance during audits, trials or product launches when required.

16. Conduct market surveys on product trends, pricing and customer preferences.

17. Perform any other R&D-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. Candidate preferred possess with a

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food service, Food Technology, Nutrition

or any other related field.

2. Good in written and communication in English & Malay.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills and Passionate.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
