This internship offers hands-on exposure to the real estate industry. Interns will support day-to-day operations, assist with ongoing projects, and gain practical experience relevant to their field of study.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities (all interns)
Assist the team with research, data collection, and basic analysis
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required
Participate in meetings, briefings, inspections and site visits
Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Department-Specific Exposure
1. Valuation & Advisory
Support preparation of valuation reports and groundwork
Assist in property inspections and data verification
Update comparable property databases and research property trends
2. Research & Consultancy
Collect and analyze market data for research publications
Support development of property market insights and presentations
Assist in preparing consultancy deliverables and charts
3. Property Management
Assist in daily building management operations
Support tenant communication, service provider coordination, and documentation
Help monitor maintenance issues and update records
4. Office Strategy & Solutions
Support office leasing and tenancy management tasks
Assist in collating client requirements and preparing presentations slides
Help with data analysis related to occupancy, layouts, or workplace trends
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
