Assist recruiters with end-to-end hiring processes
Create job advertisement and post to various kind of platforms
Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidate summaries
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Potential permanent role upon successful completion of internship
