Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
Assessing customers' needs and suggesting suitable solutions.
Assisting with cash register operations and processing payments.
Supporting the team in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Providing customers with information on sales and promotions.
Applying basic upselling techniques to help increase store sales.
Recommending appropriate products based on customers' preferences.
Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring restocking before opening, throughout the day, and after closing.
Learning and assisting in inventory and stock management, including stock counting, receiving goods, tagging, arranging stock on the floor, and monitoring stock movement.
Supporting any other retail operations tasks for hands-on learning and exposure.
