Organize and maintain safety files.
Ensure safety documents are properly labeled and stored (physical & digital).
File safety meeting minutes, audit reports, and training records.
2. Data Entry & Record Updates
Enter safety data into Excel or system trackers.
Update training attendance lists and certification expiry dates (if any).
Maintain registers for risk assessments, inspections, and equipment checks (if any).
3. Tracking & Monitoring
Track and update monthly safety statistics.
Maintain records of PPE inventory and issuance (if any).
Monitor schedule of internal safety audits, toolbox talks, and equipment inspections.
4. Administrative Support
Assist in scanning and archiving safety documents.
Help prepare simple summaries or data tables for reports.
Maintain backup copies of all safety documentation in shared.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
