Marketing Internship (January - June 2026)

We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our

Marketing Department

! This internship offers hands-on experience in documentation, logistics, and export-related support within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform typing, data entry, and transcription tasks. Assist in distributing and filing fax messages, sales & purchase contracts, and contract reviews. Manage pre- and post-export shipment documentation under

FOB, CNF, and CIF

contracts. Handle shipment documentation for

East Malaysia

. Prepare insurance documentation for bulk oil, East Malaysia, and export shipments. Support the Marketing Executive in applying for relevant licenses/certificates for export and East Malaysia shipments. Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a

Diploma or Degree

in

Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping

, or a related field.

Minimum CGPA:

3.0

Minimum MUET Band:

4.0 (for Degree students) Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, etc.) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Confident in dealing with

government agencies

RM1,000/month
