Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and conducting recreational and fitness activities (e.g., pool games, team building, kids' club activities) Welcome guests to the recreation area and provide information about available facilities and schedules Ensure sports and recreation areas (pool, gym, courts) are clean, safe, and properly set up Assist in maintaining and issuing sports equipment, towels, and supplies Support the team in promoting activities and encouraging guest participation Observe safety procedures and respond to guest inquiries or concerns professionally Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude at all times Help with administrative tasks such as activity logs, equipment inventory, and feedback collection Assist in special events or themed activity days for guests (especially children and families) Report any accidents, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related program Good physical stamina and an active, enthusiastic personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recreation, fitness, sports, and guest engagement Ability to work with children and guests of all ages Basic knowledge of first aid or lifeguard certification is a plus Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts (including outdoors)

Internship Duration:

Duration - 3 months, 6 months and more
