Support daily order processing and ensure accurate data entry into system
Monitor inventory and logistics status to support smooth execution of supply plans.
Assist in daily data tracking and analysis, such as stock turnover, order fulfillment rate, and out-of-stock reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain or invoicing workflow.
Assist in generating routine supply chain performance reports
Conduct data cleaning and analysis using Excel / Power BI / ERP systems.
Support the preparation of monthly KPI presentations and management reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree student in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
