Job Description

Responsibilities:

End User Support: Responsible for providing IT support and effective solutions to technical issues. Hardware & Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for all hardware and software issues. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. NAS and Network Management: Managed user accounts, file organization, and access controls on Synology NAS, while monitoring and troubleshooting network performance Infrastructure Support: Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support for the entire site, including servers, storage and network equipment. IT Policies: Enforce IT/Security policies and procedures set by the company to ensure data protection, integrity and compliance with company standards. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of hardware and software. Evaluate and recommend new technologies. System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of all IT systems, including servers, network infrastructure, and applications. Proactively identify and address potential issues. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, configurations, procedures, and service requests.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
