Internship Valuation Executive
Job Description
Address : Suite 1212, 12th Floor, Plaza Permata, No.6, Jalan Kampar, 50400 Kuala Lumpur
s:
1. Conduct inspection and prepare clear and concise valuation report.
2. Lease with lawyers, bankers, client and any relevant parties.
3. Undertake valuation and consultancy assignments.
4. Ensure the delivery of accuracy and completed report within the timelines.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree or other Professional Qualification in Real Estate / Valuation / Property Management or any other related field.
2. Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
3. Computer literate.
4. Possess own transport.
