Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our logistics and warehouse team. The intern will support various aspects of warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment, ideal for students or recent graduates seeking exposure to warehouse operations and distribution management

Key Accountabilities

Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Support inventory control activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Help ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries. Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse space utilization and improve efficiency. Participate in the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in preparing shipping documents, such as bills of lading and packing lists. Support in identifying process improvements to reduce waste, minimize errors, and improve delivery performance. Work on special projects or tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.

Educational Background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills

Computer literate in Microsoft Office application Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with transportation management system and logistics technology

Competency:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Internship must at least 3months and above , by starting asap

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
