Internship must start

Minimum duration:

3 months

Currently pursuing

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in

Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration

, or related field Fluent in

English and Bahasa Melayu

Possess a

valid driver's license

What You'll Learn & Do

Administrative Support

Update staff schedules, attendance records, and assist with stock counts

Front Office (Guest Check-In/Out)

Assist in guest arrivals and departures, verify reservations, process payments, and share resort information

Customer Service & Group Coordination

Attend to guest inquiries and feedback Prepare quotations, handle group bookings, and manage itineraries Conduct resort tours and introduce key facilities

Food & Beverage Assistance

Support meal services (breakfast and dinner), set up dining areas, take orders, and serve guests

Housekeeping

Help clean guest rooms and public areas Replenish linens and prepare rooms for new guests

Ad Hoc Duties

Restock supplies or assist with linen transport (e.g., to Ipoh)
