• Minimum of one year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.
• Those with relevant job experience are preferred.
• Min possess Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel) or related software.
• A logical and systematic approach to work.
• Good time management ability.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
• The ability to manage change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes.
• Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
• Allocate and manage items according to changing needs.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
• The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
• Requiring constant counting and data processing.
