• Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.

• Create, maintain, and manage product information (generating barcode, etc.)
• Conduct comprehensive audits of retail store inventory procedures to verify the accuracy of stock quantity in both physical and system.
• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems (i.e., Microsoft 365, system development and upgrades, application interfaces, data entry, reporting, and data archiving); provide technical support to end users; and train users.
• Interpreting specifications and creating IT solutions that adhere to all requirements and financial restrictions.
• Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
