Summary:- This role requires to overseeing all the activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing stocks. It also requires ensuring the maintenance of storage facilities, the accuracy of inventory records, and stock management with the practice of the 5S methodology. Duties & Responsibilities: Issue of purchase requisition (PR) to replenish inventory to procurement and securing shipment arrival times. Managing inventory by stocking and cataloguing products Data entry for all incoming goods. To issue Delivery Order (D/O) before stock delivery Ensure all D/O are submit to Finance team daily Support inventory team and other department in stock arrangement Report immediately if there is any discrepancies of physical stock versus computerised records. Assist in stock loading and unloading Any other ad-hic task assigns by superior. Requirements & Qualifications Candidate with at least SPM or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of using computer. Attention to details to detect defective goods. Knowledge in compliance to ISO and FIFO system are added advantages.
