Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability. Record all inventory transactions accurately in the system (e.g., goods receipt, issuance, return, and adjustment). Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages, and report findings to management. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate documentation for stock movement and inventory reports. Assist in planning and implementing inventory control procedures and improvements. Prepare monthly inventory reports and stock valuation summaries. Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and data.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or material control. Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock management principles, and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (ERP, SAP, or similar systems). Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
