Job Description


Job Specification:

  • Assist management to manage monthly inventory audit schedule for service branch and warehouse.
  • Involve and conduct inventory audit tasks acording to monthly schedule and SOP.
  • Geenrate and prepare inventory audit report and verified discrepancies.
  • Perform reconcilation and investigation for discerpancies.
  • Advise branches in manage stock and control of documentation.
  • Admistrative work - filing, manage bookings, meeting note and any issue related to inventory audit issue.
  • Follow up with management to get adjustment approval and update in summary for final audit report.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking,Business Studies / Administration / Management,Logistic / Transportation,All Business Field
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must willing to travel to all state in Malaysia by Monthly.
  • Must have good counting skill.
  • Must have good logic thinking to solve issue.
  • Have experience in home appliance industry is additional advantage.
