Manage, organise, and control inventory for three (3) companies using manual records (Excel, logbooks).
Maintain a simple and effective manual stock recording system for stock in / stock out.
Arrange stock systematically on racks to ensure neatness, clear labelling, and easy retrieval.
Monitor daily stock movement and ensure physical stock matches manual records.
Conduct regular stock counts (cycle count / monthly stock take).
Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and slow-moving items.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and accounts on stock movement and replenishment.
Ensure store/warehouse area is clean, organised, and safe.
Prepare basic inventory summaries for management when required.
Requirements:
Preferably
male
candidates
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping role.
Experience with manual stock records (Excel, stock cards, bin cards).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
Able to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
Basic Excel knowledge is required.
Willing to be hands-on with physical stock

Monday to Friday ( 8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
Alternate Saturday ( 8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
