Perform data entry and manage document filing efficiently.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Conduct daily stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Process purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
Handle subcontractor billings and related documentation.
Perform any other tasks assigned; responsibilities may evolve over time.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in inventory or related admin work is preferred.
Able to start immediately or within 1 month.
Work schedule:
5.5 days per week, alternate Saturdays.
Must be willing to work in
Senai.
