The job advertisement is for the vacancy in Sungai Petani, Kedah branch and candidates have to attend the interview physically for this position. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Compilation of e-commerce order on a daily basis. 2. Take full charge of inventory transaction from Warehouse to Customer. 3. Warehousing arrangements such as stocks management and rotation of stocks. 4. Tabulating and forecasting orders, ordering of stocks from various pattern. 5. Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity and efficiency. 6. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy. 7. Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory. 8. Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity. 9. Track Inventory in multiple warehouse sites. JOB REQUIREMENT: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or any relevant field of study. 2. 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Required skill(s): MS Excel (Pivot & Vlookup). word & powerpoint. 4. Experience in analytics will be an added advantage. 5. Experience in WMS is a must. 6. A detailed oriented person. 7. Able to work independently, responsible, self motivated and a good team player.
