EXECUTIVE, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

• Accomplish Supply Chain Management (SCM) Process which meets the new DEDM business model.
• Achieve SCM Team set goal in-line line company target.
• Execution of supply chain improvement projects.
• To comply with ISO 9000 requirements and standards PS planning policy and execution forecasting planning and compliance of SOPP, WIP.
• To participate in stock accuracy program (likewise, cycle count and stock take activities.)
• Executes all supply chain activities as well as all or most of the following: customer service, inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Provides analysis, executing processes, and utilizing business tools and metrics to improve parts planning, parts ordering, and parts delivery system based on sales situations.
• To reduce supply lead time and inventory level.
• To tracking of component forecast fluctuation & propose countermeasure.
• Implement effective and innovative skills related to SCM and relevant departments as routine work.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activity as per assigned by HoD.
• To promote & inculcate Safety, Health, Environment, and quality, also awareness among the workforce.

Reporting To: Manager, Supply Chain & PlanningRequirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Supply Chain, logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management and experience in Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Electronics.
• Good in inventory planning, data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience & Knowledge using WMS, SAP or S4 Hana and strong command in MS Excel and Pivot Table.
• Familiar with Supply Chain ISO & GPDMD requirements is added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin/Japanese added advantage).
• Able to work independently.
• Having the ability to analyze, understand and interpret patterns and trends.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• A Applicant should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• This is full time position.
