Inventory Executive

Job Description


This position requires the individual to identify the process and procedures for inventory of the company from the stock ordering, transferring to the local country, distribution of the stock to stores and how to ensure the inventory level is accurate all the time. Key Responsibilities

  • To perform adjustment in M3 system
  • To ensure store/ DC stock take reconciliation
  • To assist in corporate sales
  • To assist in providing solution for any issue occurs from warehouse team or store team
  • To check the status of shipment from warehouse to stores
  • Financial Year End Closing matters/liaise with auditor
  • Stock transfer between countries
  • Goods receiving confirmation
Requirements
  • Experience as Inventory staff in retail industry
  • Good command of spoken English & written English
  • Good interpersonal skill & teamwork
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Proficient in computer skills
