Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement process and inventory in software system
  • Issue PO to supplier to finalise purchase
  • Source, negotiate and purchase of furniture from new suppliers from time to time
  • Follow up on payment to supplier, coordinate with logistic agents to ensure containers received timely
  • Ensure that inventory in system is tally with stock on hand in all warehouses
  • Report, order replacement parts from supplier if there is defect on product received
  • Improvise arrangement of warehouse layout based on new products purchase
  • Maintain and update relevant files

Requirements:
  • Able to read and write in Chinese
  • Thorough knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Able to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
