Job Description

• Interest and willing to learn about merchandises and store warehouse operation, desire for career growth and development.
• At least 1 year working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good command in Mandarin, English and Malaysia in reading, written and oral.
• Strong team work and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

1. Procurement Management

• Executing orders, purchasing new merchandise and project merchandise.
• Negotiate conditions for order transactions, make judgements for purchase quantities and distribution of various quantities of merchandises.
• Understand market trend to develop new products, sensitivity to the new products launch, and place orders with suppliers as market needed.

2. Supplier Management

• Manufacturer\'s new product submission.
• Coordinate between other departments of company and manufacturers and problems solving.

3. Purchase, Sales, Inventory management

• Report analyzing such as purchases, sales, returns, accounting, turnover rate, etc. to evaluate the manufacturer.
• Tracking new product sales to keep update of the sales status for best sellers or important products.
• Assist in adjusting store merchandise structure and inventory.
• Carry out merchandise allocation to improve merchandise turnover.

4. Other duties

• Merchandises management: merchandises classification, basic maintenance.
• Planning product exhibition projects and provide support for planned activities.

5.Inventory/Stock Monitoring

• Manage merchandise stock sales and returns
• Merchandises adjustment and monitor inventory store status;
• Moving merchandise and maintain and efficient and effectively utilize store room areas;
• Provide relevant reports.
