Core Responsibilities:

Inventory

  • Establish and maintain new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy in the system.
  • Run various SAP reports to develop and provide set utilization metrics and various reporting trackers (RTV, Defective, Delivery discrepancy, Store Transfer, PO & Good receive status, SOH, Credit notes (CN) and Invoice details etc) to monitor inventory movement and stock performance, to attain more comprehensive and detailed sales statistic for various departments.
  • Co-ordination with vendor and various departments on PO creation (based on vendor OCR), SAP Good receive issue, defectives and return to vendor (RTV) processes, follow up on any pending action from vendor (pending replacement / collection / documentation), GI processing base on credit note and invoice, cost checking, provide CN and invoice report to finance team or auditor when needed (discrepancy in invoice / CN matching).
  • Co-ordination with retails team on inventory processes and RSO Submission / collection status, generate weekly report (SLOC Not assigned report and etc) for store to verify and posting the pending GR items for store transfer, tracking on RSO and RTV Sloc transfer (process by store team) and create RPO for Good Issue posting.
  • Co-ordinate with Supply Chain team on IBD (In-bound Deliveries) creation, provide them:
  • Nike OCR and any latest Top-up items place by merch team
  • Delivery discrepancy report
  • Briefing and training store team on the inventory process, SOP and submission timeline, attend for store\'s enquiry and any inventory\'s tracker\'s issue reported by store, monthly reminder to store on DEF Submission.
  • Daily check on LF email to ensure all the SKU and PO had created in SAP and PO in released status, ready for store team to GR.
  • Update MAP in SAP (caused by item sold before GR) if needed, as requested by Data team.
  • Built strong relationships with principal co, the stores, merchandising team, and other cross functional teams.
  • Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties
