Job Description

Responsibilities:

To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement. Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure it is updated accurately and timely. Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled. Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks. To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review. Manage overall inventory accuracy and maintaining stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages. To establish and maintain warehouse procedures and system to ensure smooth flow of materials & stocks. Ensure proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory to prevent damage or loss. This includes security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Certificate level or equivalent. Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in inventory management and warehousing activities. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers. Possess strong analytical and reporting skills. Good in problem solving skills. Willing to work in the store and receive physical work. Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
