We're expanding our supply chain operations and need a detail-oriented
Procurement & Inventory Executive
to ensure smooth sourcing, stock control, and vendor coordination.
What You'll Do
Manage purchasing, supplier coordination & order tracking.
Prepare POs, invoices, and delivery follow-ups.
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and update systems.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency.
Prepare monthly procurement & inventory reports.
Who You Are
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related
2+ years' experience in procurement or inventory
Excel & inventory system proficiency
Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
