We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Order Processing & Inventory Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, monitor inventory and stocks movement to maintain smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing
Accurately input and manage customer orders in the system.
Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and customer information.
Assist in generating sales orders, inventory management in warehouse and shipment creation for order delivery to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers, logistics and sales team to provide updates or potential delays.
Handle order-related complaints or issues, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels in AutoCount and update transactions promptly.
Conduct regular stock reconciliation (system vs. physical count).
Coordinate with procurement to replenish stock based on reorder levels.
Track product movement, expiry dates, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Maintain accurate stock records, including adjustments, transfers, and returns.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktake activities.
System & Reporting
Maintain data accuracy in AutoCount accounting and inventory systems.
Generate inventory, sales, and order processing reports using AutoCount.
Analyze order trends, stock turnover, and highlight discrepancies to management.
Support in system-related troubleshooting or improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Support
Liaise with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in streamlining order processing and inventory workflows for efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with order management software or Autocount systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, time management skills to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in processing orders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education and Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in order processing and inventory control (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Preferable to have Autocount system experience.
